Corporate boards of directors faced more scrutiny following the 2008 market decline than they did in previous downturns, according to recently released extensive survey. The 2009 Directorship/Deloitte survey, in conjunction with Korn/Ferry International, is aimed at assessing differing views of select groups on corporate governance.
